What Is The Workshop
The Ronin Strength X Angus Bradley seminar will be a delivered by Angus and Khrys, Head Coach and Founder of Ronin.
The purpose of this workshop is to do a deep dive into principle based coaching and training. The Content Overview - A brief look at some of the dogma in modern weightlifting - Learn the principles of the breathing and gait, and how they influence the way we move. - Simplifying biomechanics and throwing out old movement dogma using the expansion/compression model. - Reconciling a technical model that not only respects, but also facilitates individual differences using the expansion/compression model. - Learn how to plan LTAD (long term athlete development) within context of the individual, especially when you're a "late starter" to any of the strength sports. - Learn how to create a framework for a more reactive, anti-fragile training program that will allow you to put all of this together in an effective and sustainable way for you or those that you coach.
