Free Lockdown Squat Coaching
One of the best things you can do as a weightlifter or powerlifter is get your squat up. Improving your technique, your capacity to squat heavy and often and of course, shift that 1RM up is crucial to starting strong in a meet for our powerlifters and it's incredibly important for weightlifters to have a big squat to enable them to train and improve in the snatch clean and jerk.
Lockdown due to lack of space and kit is not always the best time to be doing full SBD or snatch clean and jerk.
The upside is more of us have squat stands, a bar and a bunch of plates this time.
This is all you need to make some serious progress.

What You're Getting With This Squat Coaching
1. Access to a 3-5 day program
The programming will include warm ups, mobility work, some jump/power work, your squats of course and then some accessory work. There is a 3 day option and then the 5 day option.
2. Access to our coaches
you will be able to talk to our coaches throughout to help you tweak form, adjust loads from week to week an also help motivate and support you through the month.
3. First Refusal On Full Programming Spot
We only do a limited intake at a time of new lifters and clients, usually every 2-3 months we open up a few spots. anyone on this program at the end of the 4 weeks will get to carry onto a full programming spot (we then program all your training not just your squats) at £70.00PCM
