Ronin x Shirefit Fundamental Weightlifting 

Th fundamentals sessions are 2.5 to 3h focused sessions to improve your lifting performance in a short time.

- Improved technique 
- Improved strength
- Improved capacity for lifting in WOD's and competitions 

The focus is on improving the snatch, clean, jerk squat and a few variations of them. 
You'll learn about the principles of proper technique and how they specifically apply to you and how to practice it properly in training to improve your total after this course is done. 

How much is it, when and where? 

The workshop will run on the 20th, 27th Feb, 6th March from 11am until 2pm 
It will be £150.00 per person, 12 slots available. 
It will take place at SHIREFIT Wellingborough
