What Is The Workshop
This workshop will focus on :
- A principle based technical model that can carry over to a range of skill levels and builds of athlete
- The common flaws seen in each lift and how to fix them
- Programming principles and examples to help attendees better understand how to improve your weightlifting in weightlifting focus training blocks and in more general training or non-weightlifting focused programs e.g. Crossfit, Turf Games, NFG prep phases or general S&C programs.
- How to apply it (Train!)
We're going to go through some practical work in the aforementioned points, but we will be training hard so this isn't just a theory based work shop or technical session, we're going to do some training to put it into practice!
