After you click the submit button on the form you will be redirected to our paypal subscription link, this is to setup a monthly payment for online coaching, it can be cancelled at any time before your next bill date. No hassle, no questions asked.
Once you've done this check your emails for an email from TrueCoach. This is our coaching app where you will receive feedback, coaching and programming. If you're on apple download the TrueCoach app from the app store, android and desktop you can open it in your browser.
Step 3: Get on program and use us as much as you can!
Once you're on program you'll be able to message us via the app, track your numbers and tell us how're you doing. We want written feedback, your numbers of what you achieve each session in each exercise and also any videos you can get.
