OVERVIEW
Develop coaches who take a more cerebral, holistic, practical approach to coaching and who have the tools to have a successful Professional coaching career.
Understanding how to apply technical models, movement models, programming concepts and how to manage relationships with athletes as well as how to use social media and set up coaching platforms, websites and funnels to run their businesses correctly.

Building your business systems and social media presence - Coaching software, funnels, payment systems, content planning and production, pricing and deciding on your product.
Models of human movement - expansion and compression models, gait mechanics, overcoming and yielding and how they unify our understanding of different sporting movements and exercises.
Technical Models of Weightlifting - a principles-first approach.
Plyometrics - General usage for athletic development and weightlifting-specific plyos
Critiquing technique and solutions for improvement - exercises, primers, cues and everything in between to help remedy technical issues.
GPP - how good general training leads to better specific sports performance.
Microcycle organization - how to build good weekly splits to feed into bigger training cycles
Competition Practices for the coach and athlete - counting the board, attempt selection, cueing.
HOW ISIT DELIVERED?
2 Zoom Calls Per Month - (to be recorded apart from the Q&A and breakout room discussions for watchback by the mentees), 1 topic will be covered per call. Each call involves a lecture talk and then Q&A and a breakout room for discussion in groups if the topic requires it.
Individual Tasks - homework will be given to help you practice what we talk about in the calls, if you do this or not will often be optional, but doing it will speed up your development.
Whatsapp Group - for discussion of coaching topics and issues with the other attendees of the mentorship and to get access to the coaches with any questions you may have.
